March - April, 1863 -- Stationed at Corinth, Mississippi
May 5, 1863 -- Was detailed to guard railroad two miles out on the Mississippi Central line.
June 4, 1863 -- Broke up camp and went to La Grange.
June 6, 1863 -- Went to Fort Grisson.
June 10, 1863 -- Went to Moscow, where we have since been stationed.
September - October 1863 -- Stationed at Little Rock, Arkansas
November - December 1863 -- Stationed at Memphis, Tennessee
March - April 1864 -- Stationed at Alexandria, Louisiana
March 11, 1864 -- Left Vicksburg, Mississippi on transport Diadem on the Red River expedition.
March 13, 1864 -- Arrived at the mouth of Red River and passed into the Atchafalaya River and landed at Simsport.
March 14, 1864 -- Left the boat at 6 p. m. and marched until 12 m. Left camp at 5 o'clock p.m.; marched a northwesterly direction by the way of Mansura [Chicotville] and Marksville, Arrived at and attacked Fort De Russy, Louisiana at 4 o'clock p.m. Fort surrendered at 6 p.m. Marched back one mile to camp which made a distance of thirty miles.
March 15, 1864 -- Embarked and steamed up Red River to Alexandria, Louisiana.
March 27-April 3, 1864 -- Left camp for Grand Ecore, where we arrived April 3.
April 7-8, 1864 -- Left Grand Ecore, Louisiana for Pleasant Hill, Louisiana, arriving there on April 8.
April 9-14,1864 -- Went into the battle. Fell back on April 10 and arrived at Grand Ecore on April 14.
April 20-24, 1864 -- Left Grand Ecore and arrived at Alexandria, Louisiana April 24.
May 16, 1864 -- Engaged in a skirmish with the enemy on Marksville Prairie.
May 18, 1865 -- Engaged in battle of Old Oak on Yellow Bayou, Louisiana.
May 20, 1864 -- Arrived at Simsport on the Atchafalaya River.
May 21, 1864 -- Marched to the Mississippi at mouth of Old River.
May 22, 1864 -- Went on board transports and started for Vicksburg.
May 23, 1864 -- Arrived at Vicksburg and went into camp.
June 4, 1864 -- Left Vicksburg on transports bound up the river.
June 6, 1864 -- Left the transports and skirmished with the enemy.
June 8, 1864 -- Returned to transports at Columbia.
June 10, 1864 -- Arrived at Memphis and went into camp.
June 23, 1864 -- Received pay to April 30, 1864.
June 24, 1864 -- Went to Moscow, Tennessee by cars.
June 27, 1864 -- Marched to La Grange, Tennessee.
July 5, 1864 -- Broke camp at 4 p.m. and went on Mississippi expedition under Major-General A. J. Smith.
July 14-15, 1864 -- Engaged in battle of Tupelo, Mississippi and Old Town Creek July 15.
July 23, 1864 -- Returned to camp in Memphis.
August 4, 1864 -- Broke camp again. Went by rail to Holly Springs, Mississippi. Went in Major-General Smith's second Mississippi expedition to near Oxford, Mississippi and returned.
August 30, 1864 -- Camped in Memphis.
September 9, 1864 -- Received pay at Cairo, Illinois.
September 17, 1864 -- Disembarked at Jefferson Barracks, Missouri.
September 25-29, 1864 -- Went to Mineral Point by railroad and returned September 29. Started in pursuit of the Rebel General Price.
October 2, 1864 -- Marched via Jefferson City, Lexington, Independence and Big Blue River to this camp. Distance traveled by railroad 130 miles; by river 500 miles. Marched 310 miles.
November 25-December 1, 1864 -- Left Saint Louis on transport for Nashville, Tennessee, arriving December 1.
December 15-16, 1864 -- Was engaged in the battles south of Nashville.
December 17-30, 1864 -- Marched in pursuit of the enemy via Franklin, Columbus and Pulaski to Lawrenceburg, ninety-nine miles from Nashville, arriving December 30.
January 2 - 7, 1865 -- Went by transports to Eastport, Mississippi and went into quarters January 7.
February 9, 1865 -- Broke camp and took transport and went down the Tennessee, Ohio, and Mississippi Rivers to Chalmette, Louisiana.
March 20, 1865 -- Marched for Spanish Fort.
March 26 - April 9, 1865 -- Were on the right flank at Sibley's Mill from March 26 to April 3, when we marched up to the investment of Blakely and were in position in the front line on the left and in the charge resulting in its capture April 9.
April 13-27, 1865 -- Left Blakely for Montgomery, Alabama and entered the last named place April 27.
