There was a John W Gilliland age 33. Residence Boonesborough, nativity Ohio. Enlisted Aug 11, 1862. Mustered Oct 6, 1862. Transferred to Veteran Reserve Corps. Mustered out Sept 4, 1865, Camp Chase, Ohio. There was also a Hugh R Gilliland age 27 who had the same residence and enlisted at the same time.
