Dempsey Brown: Residence Mt. Ayr, IA; 30 years old. Enlisted on 8/9/62 as a Private. On 11/18/62 he mustered into "G" Company. IA 29th Infantry. He died of disease on 5/21/63 at Helena, AR

Isaac C. Brown: Residence Mt. Ayr, IA; 18 years old. Enlisted on 1/4/64 as a Private. On 1/23/64 he mustered into "G" Company, IA 29th Infantry. He died of disease on 10/2/64 at Little Rock, AR Hospital

(Buried in National Cemetary, Little Rock, AR. Section 2, grave 92).
