Benjamin F. Nussbaum was wounded at Vicksburg, Miss June 14, 1863. He died June,20. He is buried in the national cemetery at Vicksburg. There is a discrepancy in grave numbers. The Roster of Iowa Soldiers says he is buried in section G grave number 655. The Vicksburg National Cemetery says section G number 4981. Hope this helps you.
