Sir:

My Great Grandfather was in Company C, 25th Iowa Infantry Volunteers. He enlisted on August 12, 1862 at Croton, Iowa and was discharged June 6, 1865 in Washington, D.C. He was a sergeant when he separated and was wounded at Mill Creek, N.C. on March 20, 1865. I have pictures (tintypes) of my G Grandfather as well.

I do not have too much information on where he served throughout his service during the Civil War.

Would like to hear from you .

Regards,

Bill Davies, Folsom, California E-mail; [email protected]
