21st Iowa Infantry Reunion Ribbon

I have a friend who recently found a ribbon commemorating the fifth reunion of the 21st Iowa Infantry at Mason City, Iowa, on Sept. 9-10, 1891. The ribbon is of pale green silk and is imprinted with the names of the regiment's major battles (Hartsville, Mo.; Port Gibson, Miss.; Champions Hill; Black River Bridge; Vicksburg; Jackson; Spanish Fort; and Blakely, Ala.). Can anyone provide more information on the reunion or the ribbon? Is it of any value? Thanks!

Searching for Samuel (either I or J) Bell married to Adelia Collings, Spencer Co. Ky. 1862 Served as a doctor Confederacy.
