HOLIDAY COLLECTION
When a holiday (New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas) falls during the week, Monday - Friday, your trash and recyclables collection day will occur on the following weekday, along with the residences which are normally collected that weekday.
DROP-OFF BINS
Drop-off bins are located at the Newton Sanitary Landfill and Dodd's Recycling Center for collection of recyclable items
The Newton Sanitary Landfill is located three-fourths of a mile south of I-80 on the east side of Highway 14.
Open for Business:
Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. until 4:15 p.m.
Saturday 7:00a.m. until 11:45 a.m.
Dodd's Recycling Center is located at 2910 West 4th Street South and is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
