I am looking for descendants of a Westergard who immigrated from Schleswig-Holstein in Denmark/Germany. My information presently is limited to Peter Westergard who came in 1893, settled in Grundy County, Iowa. He perhaps had a brother who came with him, and they had a married sister (married name unknown) who was already settled in this area of Iowa. Peter Westergard came to US with a cousin Jens Brinkman on the SS Thingvalla. If any of this sounds familiar, I would appreciate a reply. Thank you. Carol
