Looking for information on Robert G. Bruce and wife, Mary M. Daughenbaugh. Settled in LaPorte City, Big Creek area of BlackHawk County. Son RObert Franklin born in LaPorte City in 1833. Want to know where Robert G. came from, born in 1787, some say Scotland, but no conclusive info. Both he and wife are buried in Westview Cemetery in LaPorte City. Any info would be appreciated.
