Just starting search for information on the descendents of four siblings who came to the U.S. with their parents somewhere between 1897 and 1899 (I think). They came through England and New York. Joseph J Dahl (my Grandfather) 1890-1978) Olaf J Dahl (1892-1968) Valberg (or Valborg) Dahl (Dreesen) (1893-1971) Ernest J Dahl - the youngest brother/dates unknown I'd like to hear from descendents, and am specifically looking for information on their parents, and what happened to them. I believe they split up at some point after emigrating. I have some pictures taken in Norway with notes on the back like "These are your Great Grandparents in Norway", etc. ... but no names attached to the pictures. I know that Valberg and Olaf are both buried at Cottonwood Cemetery near Lake city. I'd like to hear from anyone with any type of leads on this. Sheryl Dahl [email protected]
