I am searching for the burial location of Henrietta Elnora Godown Milliner. She was born 25 Aug 1869 in Van Buren Co IA and died about 1892, presumably in Van Buren Co IA. She had moved with her parents sometime in 1870s to Canton Kansas area where her parents died. She married Joseph Milliner in 1885. They had two children, Clyde Wilbur born Oct 1886 and Charles Wesley born Nov 1888. Sometime after the birth of Charles, Joseph left her and she returned to Iowa to family, where she died in 1892 of tuberculosis. She had taken her younger son, Charles with her to Iowa, and he returned alone at the age of 4 to Kansas by railroad after her death in IA. It is assumed she returned to family in the Van Buren Co area but we have not been able to verify that information. She was the daughter of Mark Godown and Mahalia Hurlbert. She had 15 brothers and sisters. Some of the siblings moved to Kansas with their parents. The Godown name is not as common as many other names. Milliner has many spellings. Joseph lived in Oregon after leaving his wife in Kansas, and changed the spelling of his name to Milner. Any assistance anyone can give would be most gratefully appreciated.
