I am trying to research the Conrad Brandt family who came from Penn. to Winneshiek County, Pleasant Township in the 1850's. This is some of what I have: Conrad Brandt b. about 1799 in Somerset Co. PA d. 1870's ( first marriage) to: Magdalena (maiden name?) from Ohio children: John S., Eli, and Joseph C. ( second marriage) to: Martha Hochstetler children: Henry, Manuel, Martha, and Nancy J. Eli Brandt b. about 1830 d. unsure married: Catherine Hochstetler b. June 20, 1834 d. June 22 1898 children: Willis (died in infancy), Jeremiah (died in infancy), Henry Jefferson, Josephine, Ardelia, Susan, Jacob, and Charles M.
