I am looking for the source of the Cummings family in California, and the Bradish Cummings names are very like those out here. We had William, Charles, Frank and Henry in the First couple of California Generations. Supposedly the Cummings came out in 1852/3, too late for the easy gold.

Does anyone have names/birth dates of Cummings family members leaving for California in that time frame?
