Palmer and AveryFrom: Jacqueline Ritter (e-mail: [email protected]) CommentsQ: I don't know where else to start looking. If anyone knows anything about these names, please e-mail me: ELIZA PALMER married MINA AVERY, they lived in OWASSIE?!, IOWA (maybe my grandmother had the name wrong - she just died). They had two little girls, one was my g. grandmother: VIOSA IRENE, who married IRA COBLE of MO. Eliza and Mina must have been born in the 1850's. The other little daughter either died or she married someone and ended up in WI or MI. Palmer is such an interesting but COMMON name, and I have no other information at this time, with the ironic exception of a copy of a photograph of the family! Thanks! Gasper and VanoFrom: [email protected] CommentsResearching Joseph Gasper and his wife Anna Mary Vano, immigrants from Slovakia. They farmed near Eddyville. Joseph died in 1932 and Anna in 1946. Any info is very much appreciatted. Elena Other names connected with the Gaspers are Sofranko, Vernhaussen, Huff, Manning, Brunt [_private/disc3_aftr.htm] |
