Phillips/McCoyFrom: Beverly Hopkins CommentsLooking for any information in Buena Vista County about the last name of Phillips or the last name of McCoy. My great=grandfather was from this county in the middle 1800's. his first wife died there as did 2 of his children. He then married Maggie McCoy - great grandfather was William Tyler Phillips. I am looking specifically for Maggie's family. Her father was Clement McCoy. Her brother was Thomas McCoy. There were other siblings also but do not have their names.
