I am researching the ADDY family, and would like to hear from others who may have information on this family. (Esp. persons who have Iowa rescources!)

My ADDY relatives moved to Iowa from Ohio in the 1870s. Most settled in the Madison Co, IA area, but others lived in the Fremont and Mills Co, IA area. Still another family is from the Benton Co and Tama Co, IA region. (I have yet to figure out who their ancestors are.)

ADDY is a fairly uncommon surname in the US. There are only 4 or 5 main branches of the ADDY name, and 99% of the ADDYs in Iowa are from the line I am researching. And I'd still like to know about the other 1% too!
