WALKER FAMILY, MEDIAPOLIS, IOWAFrom: [email protected] CommentsI am trying to find out about my great-parents, who lived in Mediapolis, Iowa during the early part of this century. My great-grandmother's name was Alice Belknap (I believe), and my great-grandfather's name was Arthur (again, I think so----he died in 1924 here in Kansas). They had 8 children who lived, Roland, William, Robert, Lela, Ramona, Frances, Ernest and Pearl. Family came to Kansas sometime after WWI. All I know about my great-grandparents is that they operated a store in town, and lived on a farm outside of town, near Mediapolis.
