How would a person go about getting information on someone at the Fort Madison Prison in 1895. I know the prison is in Iowa, but no idea what county?

I am looking for information on George Dhabolt and Edward Dhabolt who served some prison time. I think Edward was in for cattle theif, and George for attempt murder.

Can someone guide me in the right direction. I would like to find these Dhabolt boys?

Can someone please help? Looking for Josiah Finley West born in Wapello Co abt. 1851 who married Esther Rosetta Hazelett also born in Wapello. I'am new at this. Are any of these names native american? Please reply at [email protected] can anyone tell me how i can find out if they were on a reservation?
