My encounter is very similar to that of a woman who complained on this site earlier.
I recently received my local phone bill and to my surprise, listed under, "Additional services," were two seperate charges for $9.95. A total of $19.90.
What was weird about the two entries is that they had zero minutes listed, and no telephone number was listed. It only showed the location as being, "PsychEncou, nt." In other words, Psychic Encounters.
I have just sent them a mail to have the charges removed, and am currently waiting on a reply.
