ABI - Their wording can rip you off!!

Editorial: Beware of contradictory literature on the packaging of ABI products. I do complement ABI on their business strategy, but their wording can rip you off. I have noticed that, their labels on the phonebook software state that you may return the product within thirty days if you are not satisfied with it for any reason.

However, it's outer packaging states that their company is not responsible for the completeness or lack of with the product. Once more on the software and on the outer packaging, it promises accuracy.

On the 1998 edition I've looked-up some 32 (thirty-two) people. Of them 2 phone numbers and addresses have worked so far. 12 people phones were
disconnected, 12 or so people have passed away and the rest were simply not listed on the software, some of whom have been in their current locations for roughly 1 or more years, with a phone. This rules out accuracy and completeness.

I am not satisfied. I'm not going to say that this software (104 Million Businesses & Households) is bad software, but "Let The Buyer Beware".

Also, it promises access to their website, DON'T BELIEVE IT!!! I still can't get in, even THROUGH the software.
